Instructions

Welcome to the College and here are a few items to note:

Please add info@cdabo.org to your email contact list to ensure you always receive our emails.
Check your email to find "College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics Account Creation Link" and click on the link within 72 hours to create your login and password to finalize the membership application process.
Once your account is created click on "go to billing" to pay your membership dues.
- Payment options:
  - via credit card
  - mail a check made out to CDABO to 3130 Grants Lake Blvd #16325, Sugar Land, TX 77479
  - pay via Zelle to info@cdabo.org and include your name on the memo line

Active $157 Annually

Active (full-time practicing orthodontists) Dues are $150/yearly. If you wish to pay by credit card, the processing fees are added, making the dues $157.

Our fiscal year is 9/1 - 8/31.

Faculty $79 Annually

Full-time Faculty dues are $75/yearly. If you choose to pay by credit card, the dues amount is $79, including the processing fees.

Our fiscal year is 9/1 - 8/31.

Retired $27 Annually
